Completely. We do not share client information with anyone outside the clinical team without written consent. No insurance flags. No employer notifications
How much does the program cost?

The standard 30-day residential program is $11,500. Financing is available through MediCard from approximately $214/month. Call us and we will walk you through the options.
Is there a waitlist?

No. We are available now. New Brunswick's public system currently has a 6-month wait. We can typically arrange admission within days of first contact.
What does a typical day look like?

Days are structured with individual counselling, group programming, meals together, wellness activities, and personal time. A detailed schedule is available — just ask.
Can family members visit?

Yes. Family involvement is encouraged and supported. We can discuss a family visit schedule during intake.
Do you accept insurance?

We are not a publicly insured facility. Payment is private. MediCard financing is available. Some employer benefit plans and EAP programs may cover partial costs — contact us and we can help explore your options.
What should I bring?

A packing list is provided at intake. Comfortable clothing, personal care items, and anything that feels like home. No alcohol, drugs, or related paraphernalia.
What happens after the 30-day program?

We offer one year of aftercare support including group sessions, ongoing accountability, and continued connection to care. We also help coordinate whatever comes next — whether that is outpatient counselling, peer support, or return-to-work planning.
