A Clinical Approach. A Human Environment.

This Is Not a Recovery House

Most private addiction programs in New Brunswick are recovery houses — peer-supported environments with staff supervision but no clinical team. Hidden Secret Recovery is different. We have a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Practical Nurse, and Licensed Addiction Counsellors on our team. That means clinical oversight, not just accountability. We are also a New Brunswick Department of Social Development approved provider — a formal recognition of our program standards

What the Program Includes

Our facility is a fully restored private home on a gated, secluded property in Darlings Island, NB — surrounded by water, wetlands, and mature trees. Calm, nature-proximate environments reduce stress, support sleep, and improve engagement with therapeutic programming. The quality of the space is part of the treatment.

Individual counselling sessions with Licensed Addiction Counsellors Group therapeutic programming 24/7 staffing — clinical team available around the clock Drug and alcohol testing throughout the stay — supporting accountability and safety Wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle support 12-step program integration and peer support Post-discharge planning and aftercare coordination
